Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great Christmas! I can't believe the New Year 2010 is a few days away. Most of us all have made resolutions such as live-healthier, exercise every day, no dessert, and so forth. For me it is live healthier by eating healthy and exercising more. This is an area I have been really lacking in. Eating healthier for me is lower fat foods and resolve to eat fewer processed and packaged foods. The more ingredients, the more processed it is and processed foods tend to be higher in fat, salt, sugar and additives we don't need period! Did I mention, can be higher on the pocketbook too? What healthy resolutions are you making? This weeks menu may not be the healthiest as I am still trying to use what I have on hand in the freezer and pantry at the moment and leftovers from the past few days but, it is easy, comforting and sure to warm the insides on a chilly winter day.
