Time for another menu plan Monday. This is what I have come up with so far. Nothing fancy, just plain simple meals with what I have on hand.
MONDAY- Leftovers form the weekend
TUESDAY- Swiss steak with mashed potatoes, peas
WEDNESDAY- macaroni and cheese, salmon patties and green beans
THURSDAY- cabbage with smoked sausage
FRIDAY- vegetable soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, cottage cheese
SATURDAY-salsa chicken, corn casserole
SUNDAY- on our own
