I love eating healthy! Hubby has been so supportive and that makes it a little easier. He actually told me he really needs to cut back on his eating also. But, he doesn't expect to eat brown rice and tossed salad everyday like I could do and so with that in mind.....this weeks menu is pretty much the same, easy, healthy and most of all keeping the meat and potatoes man in the family happy.

Ok, I can't resist commenting. I absolutely DETEST salmon.To make matters worse, one time Jeff took the boys salmon fishing. They left salmon eggs in one of their coat pockets and I ran them through the washer and dryer. YES, salmon stinking clothing for the longest time. YUCK.
