Menu Plan Monday

I am using a mixture of ingredients I already have on hand and items I can get cheap each week. Another thing I am doing to save money is have a leftover night once or twice a week. Cooking for just the two of us can sometimes be hard and I always tend to make more than we can eat, accumalating in alot of leftovers.

Monday-Fish, french fries, tossed salad


Tuesday (breakfast for dinner) blackberry pancakes, sausage


Wednesday-pot roast with potatoes and carrots


Thursday-leftovers from Wednesday


Friday- Chicken stirfry, rice


Saturday- taco salad


Sunday- On Your Own
